Delcastle school counselor Mark Wells is one of three finalists for the Delaware School Counselor of the Year award, sponsored by the Delaware School Counselor Association. Wells was the DE School Counselor of the Year in 2013 and became a semi-finalist for the national award, the first time a Delaware counselor had been selected for that honor.
