Delcastle Technical High School was the only school from the state of Delaware to attend the prestigious national gathering, held from December 5-7.

The conference, presented by the National Association for Student Activities (NA4SA), is the premier professional development event for Student Activity Professionals. It brings together advisors, administrators, and advocates from across North America to share resources and strategies for empowering student leaders.

Representing Delcastle Technical High School were:

  • Anthony Tiberi, Student Activities Coordinator

  • Lisa Bainbridge, Student Council Advisor

The Delcastle team joined hundreds of peers to focus on the "4 A’s" of student activities: Advocates, Advisors, Administrators, and Allies. The conference curriculum emphasized rebuilding and redefining school culture to meet the evolving needs of students.

"Participation in co-curricular activities is proven to positively impact student attendance, school connectedness, empathy, and civic behavior," said Anthony Tiberi. "Our team is eager to implement the new strategies we’ve learned to further elevate the quality of student life at Delcastle."
