Welcome, Class of 2030: Join Us for Acceptance Day on April 18
Delcastle Technical High School is excited to officially welcome the incoming Class of 2030 at our annual Acceptance Day on Saturday, April 18.
This important event marks the beginning of each student’s journey at Delcastle and provides families with an opportunity to experience the energy, opportunities, and community that define #CougarNation.
Event Schedule
To ensure a smooth experience for all families, Acceptance Day will take place in two sessions:
- Last Names A–L: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Last Names M–Z: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Families should plan to arrive through the Gymnasium Entrance at their assigned time.
What to Expect
Acceptance Day is designed to both welcome families and prepare students for a successful transition into high school.
During the event:
- Students will complete their New Student Math Placement Test
- Families will attend a special welcome presentation in the auditorium
- Students and families can explore our Acceptance Day Fair, featuring athletics, clubs, and student leadership opportunities
- Families can visit the Cougar School Store to purchase Delcastle gear
Students are reminded to bring a calculator for their math placement test.
