Activity Bus Schedules

The Delcastle Activity Bus provides transportation for students who participate in after-school clubs, athletics, rehearsals, tutoring, and other extracurricular activities. This service is designed to ensure all students have access to the full range of opportunities available at Delcastle—even after the regular school day ends.

Activity Bus Schedule

Mondays–Thursdays: Departs at 6:00 p.m.
Fridays: Departs at 5:30 p.m.
No Activity Bus the day before a holiday or on school closure days
Service Begins: First day of school
Service Ends: Early June (exact date announced in the spring)

Please note: There are no Activity Buses during the summer months. Students participating in preseason sports, band camp, or summer rehearsals must arrange their own transportation.

Student Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient Activity Bus experience, all students are expected to follow these guidelines:

Be on time. Buses depart promptly. Students must be at the front of the building before the scheduled departure time.
Stay in your designated area. Students must remain with their advisor, coach, or group until it is time to board the bus. Wandering the building is not permitted.
Follow bus rules. All regular school bus conduct expectations apply on the Activity Bus. Misconduct may result in suspension of bus privileges.
Respect staff and drivers. Show courtesy to advisors, staff, and bus drivers who help make after-school activities possible.

Route Details: Use the Activity Bus Schedule PDF to find your specific bus route and stop. The Activity Bus does not take you directly to your residence. You will need to find a stop that is close to where you live.
Lost & Found: Left something on the Activity Bus? Check with the Main Office or Transportation Office.
Need Transportation for Summer Events? Families are responsible for summer transportation for preseason athletics, band camp, and performing arts rehearsals.
