Picture Day for 9th, 10th, and 11th Grades
Makeup Picture Day - Monday, October 5 - Eligibility Requirements
Delcastle Technical High School holds School Pictures Makeup Day for two specific groups of students only:
- Students who were absent or unavailable on the original School Picture Day and therefore did not have their picture taken.
- Students who purchased a photo package or digital download and are requesting a retake in accordance with Legacy Studios’ retake procedures and Delcastle’s eligibility requirements.
Makeup Picture Day is not intended for students who simply want a new photo, did not like their original photo, or want to retake their picture without having purchased a photo package or digital download.
Retake Eligibility Requirements
Students are only eligible for a retake if they meet all applicable requirements below.
- Students Who Missed Original Picture Day
- Students who did not have their picture taken on the original School Picture Day may attend Makeup Picture Day. These students do not need to bring a photo package or receipt.
- Students Requesting a Retake
- Students who already had their picture taken are only eligible for a retake if they purchased a photo package or digital download from Legacy Studios.
- To receive a retake, students must bring one of the following with them on Makeup Picture Day:
- For printed photo package purchases: The student must bring the original photo package and return it directly to the Legacy Studios photographer.
- For digital download purchases: The student must bring a printed copy of the digital download receipt and provide it to the Legacy Studios photographer.
Students who do not bring the required printed documentation or original photo package will not be permitted to retake their picture.
Important School-Based Guidelines
While Legacy Studios permits retakes for eligible purchases, Delcastle Technical High School determines whether a student may be released from class for Makeup Picture Day.
To minimize disruption to instruction, students will only be released for Makeup Picture Day if they meet the eligibility requirements.
Students who already had their picture taken and do not have proof of purchase will not be called for a retake.
Not Eligible for a Retake
Students are not eligible for a retake if:
- They already had their picture taken and did not purchase a photo package or digital download.
- They want a new photo but did not purchase pictures.
- They forgot to bring their original photo package.
- They forgot to bring a printed digital download receipt.
- They only have a receipt on their phone.
- They want to retake their picture for personal preference without meeting the purchase requirement.
To be eligible, students must have the required documentation printed and physically with them on Makeup Picture Day.
